In addition to making your opinion heard at VASI you have another avenue in the Airport Advisory Board. I am stepping down as president in order to pursue activities on that board. The purpose of the Advisory Board overlaps VASI in promoting aviation at the airport. The Advisory Board functions as just that, an advisor to City Council in aviation matters and matters that pertain to the airport. If you have an issue that you would like the Board to address you should e-mail Paul Hollowell or fax me with your concerns.
Let me also take this opportunity to thank all of the people with whom I have had the privilege of working these past few years on the VASI Executive Board. I won't list all of their names but several people volunteer quite a bit of time to keep this organization running. If you have a talent and even just a small amount of time to give, then please volunteer!
